Finally, we have My Account, which is broken down into Payouts, Payments, and Account Settings.
Payouts
The Payouts page displays all the payments made from GiveEasy to your bank account. As GiveEasy manages the Stripe Payment Gateway for you, any donations made via credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are held by the GiveEasy system and then paid weekly to your organisation each Wednesday.
As PayPal is managed by your own organisation Paypal transactions are paid directly to your bank account as they occur and are therefore not included in payouts.
Payments
Now if you are new to the GiveEasy platform you do not need to worry about the Payments page as this is just the same as the Payouts page but for payments made before 2020.
If you have been using GiveEasy before 2020 you will find details of any payments made from the GiveEasy system to your bank account here.
Account Settings
Finally, the account settings page is where you will set your charity details such as organisation logo, ABN, description, website URL, and industry. This is also where you can connect your PayPal account and Facebook pixel.
